SMS Program Terms
Last updated: September 10, 2026
These SMS Program Terms describe the text-message (SMS) program operated by Swiftlook, Inc. ("Swiftlook," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number to a Swiftlook customer during a live conversation with that customer, or by continuing to receive our messages, you agree to these SMS Program Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Program description
Swiftlook is a no-download screen-sharing tool used by sales, service, and support teams. When a Swiftlook customer (typically a sales representative) is on a live phone call with you and wants to show you their screen — for example, to walk you through a quote, a proposal, a form, or an account — the representative types your mobile phone number into Swiftlook and clicks Send. Swiftlook then sends you a single, one-time SMS containing a secure link to view the representative's screen in your existing web browser. Tapping the link starts the screen share. No app, download, or account is required.
The SMS is sent through our messaging sub-processor, Twilio, using a phone number registered to Swiftlook.
2. Consent
You provide consent to receive the invitation SMS verbally, on the live phone call with the Swiftlook customer, immediately before the message is sent. There is no web form, no double opt-in, and no marketing list — the SMS is a direct product of the conversation you are having with the sender at the moment they send it.
Swiftlook customers agree, as a condition of using Swiftlook, that they have obtained your consent before entering your phone number into Swiftlook. If you did not consent to receive a Swiftlook message, contact us at support@swiftlook.comand we will suppress your number from all future Swiftlook traffic.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency depends on how often you have a live conversation with a Swiftlook customer who chooses to share their screen with you. In the typical case, this is one (1) message per screen-share session. There is no recurring or scheduled campaign, no drip sequence, and no follow-up marketing SMS.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Rates are determined by your mobile carrier and the plan you are on. Swiftlook does not charge you for the SMS itself.
5. Opt out — STOP
You can opt out of the Swiftlook SMS program at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us.
After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and you will not receive any further Swiftlook messages on that phone number. Your number is suppressed globally across every Swiftlook customer's account — you do not need to opt out separately for each sender.
If you later change your mind and would like to receive Swiftlook messages again, you can reply START, UNSTOP, or YES to resubscribe, or ask a Swiftlook customer to send you a new invitation.
6. Help — HELP
You can request help at any time by replying HELP or INFO to any Swiftlook message. You will receive an automated reply directing you to support@swiftlook.com and to this page.
You can also reach us directly at support@swiftlook.com or by visiting https://www.swiftlook.com.
7. Supported carriers
The Swiftlook SMS program is compatible with major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your mobile phone number and any opt-out record are used only to deliver the invitation SMS you have consented to and to honor opt-out requests. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share the phone number with our SMS delivery sub-processor (Twilio) solely to deliver the message. See our Privacy Policy for the full description of how we collect, use, and share information.
9. Changes to this program
We may update these SMS Program Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued receipt of Swiftlook messages after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
