FAQ
Real questions. Real answers.
The ones your team actually asks before signing up.
The basics
Does my prospect need to download anything?+
No. Swiftlook runs in the browser already on their device. Nothing to install, ever, on any platform.
Does it work on an iPhone?+
Yes, in Safari. No App Store, no Apple ID, no password.
What if the text doesn't arrive?+
Fall back to email — same link, same behavior. Delivery status is visible in the live session view, so you know within a second whether it went through and can switch channels immediately.
Do they need to create an account?+
No. Viewers never create accounts.
What if they have an old phone?+
If the browser can load a modern webpage, it can display a Swiftlook session. Tested on iOS Safari and Android Chrome going back several years.
Your side
What do I need to install?+
One Chrome extension, once, on your machine. Takes about twenty seconds. That's the only install in the whole system.
Can they see my other tabs?+
Only what you choose to share. Pick a single tab and everything else stays private.
What happens when the call ends?+
The session ends and the link stops working. Nothing persists on their device.
What if their company blocks app installs?+
Not a problem — there's nothing for them to install. Some networks block WebRTC traffic; when that happens we fall back to a browser transport that works over standard HTTPS.
Pricing and trials
How does the free trial work?+
14 days or 5 sessions, whichever comes first. No credit card required to start. When the trial ends you can pick a plan or keep signing in without creating new sessions.
What plans do you offer?+
Solo ($24.99/mo), Team on a per-seat plan (from $22.99/seat/mo) or a per-meeting plan (from $89.99/mo for 100 meetings), and Enterprise (custom). Full breakdown on the pricing page.
Can I switch between per-seat and per-meeting billing?+
Yes. Change plans any time from your billing settings. Prorated when you upgrade; effective at period end when you downgrade unless you request immediate downgrade with credit.
What counts as a meeting?+
A session where the presenter clicked Start and a viewer opened the link and watched for at least 30 seconds. Sessions never opened by a viewer don't count against your cap.
Common objections
We already pay for Zoom.+
Keep it. Zoom is for meetings you scheduled. Swiftlook is for the call you're on right now, with someone who doesn't have Zoom on the phone in their hand.
Our clients aren't technical.+
The entire interaction on their end is tapping a link in a text message. That's it — no signup, no account, no permissions dialog.
How is this different from Loom?+
Loom is recorded video you send and hope they watch. Swiftlook is live, right now, while you're on the phone and can answer their question the second they ask it.
Is this secure?+
Sessions are one-directional — you show, they watch, and nothing on their device is visible to you. You choose exactly which tab or window is shared. Sessions aren't recorded unless you turn recording on.
Integrations
What CRMs do you integrate with?+
HubSpot and Salesforce, with structured properties written to the record (session id, watch seconds, engagement score, redirect click-through). Dialer integrations (Aloware, Kixie, JustCall, RingCentral, Salesloft, Outreach) are on the roadmap. Full list on the integrations page.
Do you have a Zapier integration?+
On the roadmap. Meanwhile, our webhook endpoint fires on session events for teams that want to wire things up themselves.
Do you have an API?+
Yes. Create sessions programmatically with OAuth 2.0 and per-session scoping.
